The under counter models I looked at were either too small, too expensive, or too flimsy. I opted for the Vizio 16" (perfect size for the kitchen) and an inexpensive articulated wall mount bracket. Being able to control the viewing angle is paramount to good viewing with this set. I found the vertical viewing angle to be more critical than the horizontal angle. The picture is acceptable with co-ax cable input and excellent using the HDMI input. I have no issues with the sound. Perhaps that is due to being able to extend the set out from the wall. I have had the set installed for two weeks now and am very pleased with my decision. For the money, you would be hard pressed to do better. After the initial setup, I use my cable remote for everything, so the Vizio remote is stowed in a drawer where it belongs.
